The scheme was delivered across a 16 week programme and features the design and development of a 9,000sq.ft Cat B fit out for a new education centre and office space for students and staff.

Kaplan’s new space includes 6 new interactive classrooms, a new reception area with tea points, staff room facilities, reception area, breakout area, quiet rooms for online learning and exam rooms.

The benefits provided to the client included, technical due diligence in acquisition of the space, negotiations of licence to alter and resolving issues of ventilation and fire integrity to achieve increased occupancy.
