We worked collaboratively with Next15 to deliver their new headquarters across two distinct phases carried out over a 12-week construction programme.

All construction activities were carried out seamlessly whilst the building remained operational. The completed project features the introduction of new boardrooms, meeting spaces, an upgraded reception, and a vibrant breakout area to enhance employee interaction and client experiences.

Through innovative design principles, we were able to re-purpose and reuse various existing materials. By tactfully integrating existing materials into the project, we were able to the fulfill our ambitious sustainability objectives whilst adhering to the clients budget.
