Synergia were appointed by KKS Savills & Gardiner&Theobald to carry out this project based on our proven workmanship, approach, design capabilities and team. The project, located within a Grade II listed structure demands a carefully crafted Cat B fit out carried out over an ambitious 10 week construction programme.

The scope encompasses an array of spaces meticulously tailored to enhance the existing features of the building whilst promoting collaboration throughout the space. These include a thoughtfully designed family room, adaptable meeting room, open plan office space, a high impact boardroom, coffee point and a re-imagined client arrival zoning area.
