Refurbishment of core WC facilities within a busy studio and office environment. The project involved improvement of acoustic performance, construction detailing for structural works and improved fire integrity and careful design detailing in cooperation with facilities professionals to maintain ease of access for maintenance. The project was exemplary of “Soft Landings” principals from appointment to client use.

The works included, Full strip out of existing WC facilities, Reinstatement of blockwork core walls, Structural infill to risers, tanking, cubicle systems, Upgraded DDA & Installed new lighting, lighting control systems and public health services.
