Synergia was proud to deliver a CAT B fit out for Prokura’s new 3,500 sq ft office space, providing a modern and functional workspace tailored to their needs. Designed and delivered entirely by Synergia, the project transformed the space into a vibrant and efficient environment that supports both collaboration and focused work.

The fit out included the creation of an open-plan office area, a contemporary kitchen and breakout space for staff wellbeing, meeting room pods for agile working, and four fully equipped meeting rooms. All works were carefully delivered within a tight budget, demonstrating our ability to balance design ambition with commercial practicality.

Synergia’s services extended beyond delivery, providing licence to alter support, as well as design and cost consultancy to guide the project from inception to completion. The result is a high-quality, flexible workspace that reflects Prokura’s brand and supports their continued growth.
