Synergia successfully delivered the strip-out and CAT B fit-out of this office space and refurbishment of WCs, transforming it into a modern, functional environment designed to meet the client’s evolving needs.

The project included the preparation of detailed cost plans for client budget approval, alongside the coordination of client-direct AV, furniture, and security specialists to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery.

Key features of the fit-out included the creation of a new open-plan working environment, complemented by a suite of meeting rooms, pods, and booths. The space was further elevated with custom banquette seating, soft furnishings in the kitchen areas, and a dedicated breakout space designed to encourage employee collaboration and social interaction.
