The Cat-B fit out at 155 Fenchurch Street centred on enhancing functionality and elevating the overall workplace aesthetic while maximising the use of existing features. As part of the works, our team refurbished multiple tea points, thoughtfully reusing existing materials to deliver a refreshed look in a sustainable and cost-effective way. Electrical systems were modified across several floors to suit the new layout and operational needs, complemented by the installation of new lighting to create brighter, more efficient working environments.

To further refine the space, we introduced feature panelling to office areas, carefully integrating it with the building’s existing glazed partitioning to maintain visual continuity and transparency. WC facilities were upgraded to improve user experience, and new floor finishes were installed throughout to tie the design together and provide a clean, modern feel. The project showcases our ability to blend creativity with practicality, delivering high-quality Cat-B spaces that support both style and performance.
