The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the Female, Male, and Accessible WCs at 4 More London. Our team first completed a full strip-out of all existing facilities to create a blank canvas for the new design. From there, we supplied and installed new mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services to enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency across the suite. High-quality terrazzo vanity units and terrazzo stone flooring were introduced to elevate the aesthetic and provide a durable, low maintenance finish suited to a high-footfall environment.

To complete the transformation, we installed bespoke washroom cubicles manufactured to the client’s exact specifications, ensuring both practicality and a refined architectural look. The project was delivered on time and under budget, reflecting our team’s disciplined management and the strong collaboration between Synergia Projects and our trusted supply chain partners.
